Hello from INBOUND!

As you may have heard, this week is INBOUND, HubSpot's annual conference for go-to-market professionals. Next week, I'll be bringing you lots of updates from the conference, including hot-off-the-press product updates, learnings from sessions, and stories from conversations I'm having on the show floor.
But in the meantime, I thought I would share a few quick updates – recent news that hasn't made its way into a newsletter yet.
Nominations for the GTM Leadership Awards are OPEN!
The 2025 GTM Leadership Awards spotlight the top 40 most influential voices in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and CX Ops. Attribution Academy is sponsoring the awards and I will be one of the judges alongside some incredible people you might recognize:
When you're in GTM Ops, you usually only get noticed when something goes wrong. It's time to change that. I'm excited to help recognize the people who build systems and keep things running behind the scenes.
If you know someone quietly crushing it in ops, you can nominate them here!
The Partner Playbook Podcast has launched!
That's right, I've got a podcast. It's co-hosted by Brian Garvey, Co-Founder of Profoundly and former SVP of HubSpot's Partner Program. Together we interview leaders of HubSpot Solutions Partners about how they have built their business and generally how to succeed in the HubSpot ecosystem.
Today, perhaps as you are reading this, we are recording a LIVE episode with Bryan Byler, CRO of Aptitude 8, in front of an audience at INBOUND. But, unless you are attending, you'll have to wait a few weeks for that.
In the meantime, here are our first two episodes:
Building a Client-First HubSpot Partner Agency with Michelle O'Keeffe from Engaging.io
With over sixteen years at the helm, Michelle shares Engaging.io's journey from an accidental HubSpot partner to an elite technical powerhouse in the ecosystem.
Discover how maintaining a client-first approach and embracing change has positioned Engaging.io for long-term success in the constantly evolving HubSpot landscape.
Becoming "The Service Hub Partner" with Jeff Kushmerek from Infinite Renewals
Learn how Jeff's journey through the SaaS landscape led him to specialize in HubSpot's Service Hub, focusing on domain expertise and quality service delivery. We explore the transformative role of AI in customer success and support, and discuss strategies for thriving in the evolving HubSpot ecosystem. Tune in for insights on building strong client relationships and achieving impactful outcomes.
You can get all episodes of The Partner Playbook on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or Attribution Academy's new YouTube channel (smash that "subscribe" button, fam).
An update on The Attribution Mastery Certification Course
I've had a couple people reach out to see if there is an expected launch date for The Attribution Mastery Certification Course, so I figured I'd give a bit of a progress update.
I don't yet have an exact date, but we are getting close! My production schedule was thrown off a by a veterinary emergency with my dog, Giles, who you may recognize from the background of the announcement video for Attribution Academy. Don't worry, he had a successful surgery and is all rested and recovered now, but it did take a couple of weeks out of my already tight delivery timeline.

The curriculum for the course has been created, course materials and slide decks have been designed, demos have been built, and scripts have been written so all that remains is for me to finish recording the video content, edit the whole dang thing, and finish the back-end infrastructure to host the course.
Currently, I would guess I am about a month away from all of that being done, putting the launch in early October.
The good news is, if you haven't already bought the course, that gives you some extra time to take advantage of the 50% discount for early enrollers! Once the course goes live, it will go back to full price.
That's all for now. Looking forward to sharing more from the conference next week!
- Ryan
